MEMBERSHIP FEE
Annual Club Membership Fee: $ 50.00
VAULTING FEES
Vaulting (1 session per week) $ 70.00 per month
Vaulting (2 sessions per week) $ 120.00 per month
THERAPY VAULTING & RIDING FOR DISABLED PEOPLE
Tuesday group: 1-2pm
Thursday group: 2-3pm
One-on-one 30 min therapy rides – weekday

For those requiring Individual Therapy Horse Riding, prices will be quoted for times as may be required.
HORSE RIDING & TREKKING FEES (MEMBERS)
During COVID-19 restrictions all lessons will be ability grouped
3 or more riders, lessons/treks will be 1.5-hour duration
Less than 3 riders lesson/treks will be 1 hour duration
10-Card concession $650
5-Card concession $350
On a casual basis for members $75 per lesson.
HORSE RIDING & TREKKING FEES (CASUAL)

BIRTHDAY PARTIES (duration 2 hours)
Cost is $380.00 for up to 12 children (additional children @ $20 per child), which includes:
- a horse plus instructors for 1 hour for all horse riding and vaulting activities
- followed by other exciting activities for another 1 hour

HORSEY SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAMME
9am-3pm weekdays (girls and boys 7–12 years old)

Our Cancellation policy is 24hours before your lesson/ride or the date of the booking. Any cancellations made on the same day as the lesson/ride is booked will incur a $25 fee. Failure to show up for a pre-booked lesson/ride will be charged at the full lesson price.
Kapiti Equestrian & Vaulting Centre can cancel the booking almost always the reason will be weather or horse-related. If Kapiti Equestrian & Vaulting Centre cancel, you will be contacted directly, and the booking re-scheduled. If there are no available times agreeable to both parties, any payments made will be reimbursed less a 5% booking/administration fee.
